Albert Ramirez was great. I brought my car in for a state inspection and a minor recall on the rear view mirror but it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. Came in for oil change only, requested that tires not be rotated, car wash not to be done as I have those things already covered. Still took almost 2 hours, ridiculous!
