Newer vehicle ‘23, low mileage & no warning lights before stalling on hwy Interstate 10. Very serious! NOT GOOD! Fortunately, the Escalade rolled passed the concrete barriers & to the side. Called Big Star r stalling on hwy Interstate 10. Very serious! NOT GOOD! Fortunately, the Escalade rolled passed the concrete barriers & to the side. Called Big Star right away. There were no loner vehicles for us & had to find a towing service. Two hours later it was towed to you [75 mi away-Expensive] on that Sat night 9/21 right at closing time. We had to pay Uber to get to our destination that evening as well as the entire trip. That was a bummer! On vacation in Galveston… However, Ainsley did provide an Uber back to dealership on our way home. We were glad to have the vehicle repaired by Tues 9/24 being we were leaving for home. Thank you!
