I just wanted to tell you that in my visits during the month of January and February for the w and compliment Jayson and Kara of your service staff. I just wanted to tell you that in my visits during the month of January and February for the warranty work was very satisfactory. Jason was very receptive, professional, and timely in his communication and scheduling of appointments with me. Of course I would be remiss if I did not mention Kara. Kara was my point of contact as you know in service. She was always so appropriate and timely with a wonderful personality that made my trips there very tolerable and she went out of her way to return my calls and schedule appointment times. Also, followed up with questions that I did have where she had to research the information and get back to me. She did a wonderful job on following through with my questions with her timely responses. My wife and I will be looking for another purchase soon and I'm considering the CT5v for myself. I will certainly consider Big Star Cadillac for my next purchase and very happy that I found a dealership that goes out of their way to satisfy their customers needs. More
