First, I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Big Star Cadillac-yes, even though it means another 470-mile round trip to do so. He answered my questions quickly by return text and he did not try to r get me to purchase add-ons I neither wanted nor needed. My two uh-oh moments were first when I was offered my finance rate which we easily got reduced once the finance department dug a little deeper; and the second one was when I arrived to find out that the dealership had removed the tonneau cover which had been pictured in their ads. In fairness to the dealership, it was not mentioned in the description of options, but what a disappointment to end up with the holes in the rail where said cover had been. Had that not been the case, I would have rated the entire transaction and the dealership 5 stars. All said, my wife was impressed enough with Mr. Paniagua that she told him she would be willing to drive back down when she is in the market for a new vehicle. And the transaction involving selling my vehicle to the dealership was 6 star. More

I had a service coupon that had expired on 8/18/2024. I was unable to use it within the prescribed date due to caring for my aging Mother. This is the first time I have been unsatisfied with my service. When my brand new car was delivered the tire was flat and missing a cap. When my car went in for service all they did was patch the hole wit service. When my brand new car was delivered the tire was flat and missing a cap. When my car went in for service all they did was patch the hole without even providing the missing tire cap as promised. My sales rep blamed the leaking tire on the weather. The day after my car was delivered the corner of the windshield cracked without the car ever being moved, or driven. Again it was blamed on the weather and I was told it would be fixed during the first service appointment but it wasn't. Very unhappy with Big Star Cadillac for treating my car like a Kia. More
