I went to the dealership to fix my CTS Cadillac but the cost was a bit high. George and I talked about a new car and seemed to be exited about an ATS and how good the car was. I went for a ride and I immediately fell in love with the car. It appeared to me that George and the manager wanted me to leave with the new car. I agree if they could come up with a good deal; they did and I bought the car without any regrets. The car purchasing has been the best experience I ever had with a dealership. Excellent dealer. Jimmy was very good, and went above and beyond to close my deal; much better than all other sales personnel in the area. I visited the facility three times. Made my purchase on my third visit. Great customer service and knowledgable salesman. I was not dressed in diamonds or pearls, but was treated as if I were. My initial visit was at the Lexus dealership next door, but left due to bad service. Very happy with my new car!!! More

I shopped numerous Cadillac Dealerships before I bought my 3rd Escalade from Ron Carter and my saleman Alex Duron. Ron Carter and Alex were by far the most professional, courteous, informative and genuine my 3rd Escalade from Ron Carter and my saleman Alex Duron. Ron Carter and Alex were by far the most professional, courteous, informative and genuine of all the dealerships and salemen that I dealt with. Being a salesperon myself, I consider myself a good judge of salesmen qualities and Alex has them. I was not rushed, harrassed and it was obvious that Alex was "Old School" and felt the customer was always right. What impressed me the most is when I discovered the day after I signed all the paperwork and drove my new Escalade home that I had forgotten to use my $1,000 customer loyalty coupon. I called Alex the next morning (good thing I had his cell phone number) which was Thanksgiving morning and he reassured me that he would get it applied and he did. Very few salesmen have been selling cars as long as Alex (sorry Alex) but there is a reason why. He is simply the best and will be there in your corner after the sale as he was for me. I had bought my 2nd Escalade from a different dealership but Ron Carter was where I took it to get it serviced. I was impressed with how they treated me even though I had not bought my car from them. To say the least I would highly recommend Ron Carter and Alex to anyone looking for a the best possible car purchasing experience. More
