Pleasant experience! My experience was wonderful! When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a salesman named George. Fantastic Customer Service - The BEST Because of the distance, I had not planned on going to Ron Carter to lease. When Angela told me about the concierge program and a car would be brought to my home for a test drive, I was hooked! The experience first started with Angela arranging the service experience, to Jimmy (GM) working out the great lease plan and then to Lisa, a cadillac specialist who drove the car to my home, and explained all the many features was amazing. They truly care about the customer experience and took care of each detail to my satisfaction. I have already recommended Ron Carter to many others and I have only had the car a week! Thanks Angela, you were amazing and many dealerships can learn from your patience and kindness. More

Truly Enjoyable Experience at Ron Carter Cadillac I feel very blessed that my search for a vehicle led me to Ron Carter Cadillac. I initially contacted Jimmy Mauricio (General Sales Manager) regardin I feel very blessed that my search for a vehicle led me to Ron Carter Cadillac. I initially contacted Jimmy Mauricio (General Sales Manager) regarding a hard to find vehicle (2015 Escalade ESV Premium). He took my information and I promptly received a follow up call from George Clark. George was able to provide further details about the vehicle and confirmed the vehicle met my requirements. Terms of the deal were discussed over the phone. An appointment was made for the very next morning. George greeted me at the steps of the dealership and the vehicle was available as promised. George went out of his way to make me feel welcome and made the entire process quick and efficient. I was very impressed with the entire financing experience. Jimmy was very hands on and made sure that I was satisfied with the transaction. June Barron, Finance Director was amazing as well. She was so efficient while simultaneously being kind and personable. It was obvious that she was very experienced with the financing particulars and answered all my inquiries. It was a true pleasure to meet and interact with the professionals at Ron Carter Cadillac who went out of their way to treat me with respect and deliver upon their promises without a single issue. All and all, I spent less time at the dealership than it would take to watch a movie and drove away with a new vehicle (and the transaction even included a trade-in!). I have dealt with numerous dealerships over the years and my only regret is that it took me so long to find my way to Ron Carter Cadillac. More

Sales above and beyond what was expected. I was looking to return my lease srx early and 4 other dealers were not helpful. I received an email for Jimmy Maurico. I returned his email and he assigned my to Marvin and then I worked with both of them. They made the return and new lease happen and accommodated me in every way for a smooth new lease. experience. I have never worked with the ron carter group but next time I will talk to them first. Even the paperwork with June was smooth and short. They even delivered a car to my house and when my wife didn't like the interior color they handled that challenge professionally as well. More

He was very professional yet friendly in his communication with me, which compelled me and my husband to visit the showroom. We were greeted both professionally and very courteously. We worked with Marvin and Jimmy and they both made me feel very positive that I made the right decision over another Cadillac dealership. In the end, we chose to lease a 2015 SRX over financing, for it much better suited my lifestyle. I was equally impressed with their Concierge service, which included having my new vehicle delivered to my home. Now that's a first. Jimmy confidently stated he will retain our future business. I will have to humbly agree. More
