This is the 4th cadillac that we have had, three that has come from Ron Carter. Me and my wife have been totally surprised and impressed with the people of this dealership that we have recommended friends to come from Ron Carter. To the service department where Robert is always there to take care of our needs with a smile. We had not had our latest Catillac for three weeks, on vacation in Branson, MO. and got rear-ended by another car to find that here again to Ron Carter Repair Shop in Alvin, surprised and impressed again by the people of Ron Cater. The visit was fine. We really liked Guyve. He was very helpful and personable. I did feel like we had a lot of "wait time" between deciding on the car and the finance office to get with us. We were there helpful and personable. I did feel like we had a lot of "wait time" between deciding on the car and the finance office to get with us. We were there early, so we couldn't understand the reason for the delay. Maybe it just takes that long (2 hours). All in all it was a good experience and we are happy with our purchase. More
