I visited the facility three times. Made my purchase on my third visit. Great customer service and knowledgable salesman. I was not dressed in diamonds or pearls, but was treated as if I were. I shopped numerous Cadillac Dealerships before I bought my 3rd Escalade from Ron Carter and my saleman Alex Duron. Ron Carter and Alex were by far the most professional, courteous, informative and genuine my 3rd Escalade from Ron Carter and my saleman Alex Duron. Ron Carter and Alex were by far the most professional, courteous, informative and genuine of all the dealerships and salemen that I dealt with. Being a salesperon myself, I consider myself a good judge of salesmen qualities and Alex has them. I was not rushed, harrassed and it was obvious that Alex was "Old School" and felt the customer was always right. What impressed me the most is when I discovered the day after I signed all the paperwork and drove my new Escalade home that I had forgotten to use my $1,000 customer loyalty coupon. I called Alex the next morning (good thing I had his cell phone number) which was Thanksgiving morning and he reassured me that he would get it applied and he did. Very few salesmen have been selling cars as long as Alex (sorry Alex) but there is a reason why. He is simply the best and will be there in your corner after the sale as he was for me. I had bought my 2nd Escalade from a different dealership but Ron Carter was where I took it to get it serviced. I was impressed with how they treated me even though I had not bought my car from them. To say the least I would highly recommend Ron Carter and Alex to anyone looking for a the best possible car purchasing experience. More

Ron Carter gets a five star rating because of the friendliness of the staff,the knowledge of their products and the efficiency of everyone that we encountered. This is our third Cadillac vehicle wit friendliness of the staff,the knowledge of their products and the efficiency of everyone that we encountered. This is our third Cadillac vehicle within 9 years and that speaks for itself. George Clark was our salesman, who was very personable and funny. I was very hesitant about acquiring another car note, but George's knowledge of the SRX and the great deal that was offered was hard to say no to!! Robert, the finance rep from Hyuandi was very professional and efficient in closing the deal! More
