The staff was wonderful always helpful friendly couldn't ask for more. Thanks and I love my XTS!!!! The manager is also great. I gave the highest rating because Jimmy and Mark were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I accompanied my 80 year old father to shop for a Cadillac SRX. After visiting a different dealership that was closer to his home in Kingwood, but that did not have good customer service, my father ended up purchasing a car from Mark and Jimmy at Ron Carter. My father was extremely nervous about shopping for a car and Mark and Jimmy were very patient and took great care and time to explain everything to us. They never pressured us and constantly reassured us that they would do their best to help us find the exact car my father wanted. I would highly recommend Ron Carter Cadillac along with Mark and Jimmy to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Cadillac. The customer service was exemplary! If I were the owner of a car dealership or any company for that matter, the first two people I would hire would be Jimmy Mauricio and Mark Mauricio. My father is an extremely satisfied customer! More

My husband and I had been considering purchasing a new vehicle for several months and had visited other dealerships during this time. At Ron Carter Cadillac I felt that our business was important to them vehicle for several months and had visited other dealerships during this time. At Ron Carter Cadillac I felt that our business was important to them and that they wanted to find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle within our price range. Mark Mauricio shared his knowledge of the vehicles with me, addressed my questions and was very easy to talk to.
