My experience was rocky, but in the end the dealership made it right. My purchase was originally for a 2013 ATS which was placed by Mike Rideaux my salesman on May 27th 2013. I received a call from the dealership and was instructed the cut off for the 2013 is over and they would now have to order a 2014 ATS. The second order was placed June 3rd 2013 by Jay Joslyn. I was told that it would be 6 to 8 weeks until my order should arrive. I was then not told that Mike Rideaux, my salesman had left Ron Carter Cadillac and would no longer be my salesman. I had to call in and then was transferred to Jay Joslyn, general sales manager, and told he would be handling it and he would get me with another salesman. I was later given George Clark as my salesman. The first week of August I called in to see if I could get the order number because my Sister works for GM and wanted to research the order number to find out where my car was. On August 15th my Sister sent me a pdf file by email showing that the car had arrived to Ron Carter Cadillac on July 12th 2013, over a month ago. I then went to the dealership that day and sure enough after speaking with Jimmy Mauricio they had the car in the wear house all along and didn't even know it. How this happens I have no idea, dealerships are supposed to know their inventory. The worst thing was I was going to trade in my 1998 Mustang, which I was told they would give me $3,000 for and I could drive it since it was my only means of transportation and when my Caddy gets in bring it back and as long as it's in the same working condition I would receive $3,000 for it. I had asked if I could give it to them while waiting on my order but they stated they could not give me a loaner vehicle or a rental. I would have to wait till the vehicle came in and drive my Mustang in the meantime. Well, 8/1/13 my transmission and clutch go out on my Mustang. The repair cost me $1,900 to get fixed. I had to repair it since it was my only means of transportation. So now, I'm keeping the Mustang and have to come up with $3,000 more on top of the original $5,000 I was going to put down with the trade. This way it is still a total of $8,000 down. Had they notified me when my car came in on July 12th 2013 I would just have my Caddy and the original trade and cash down would have worked as planned. In stead, now this is a $5,000 mistake that Ron Carter Cadillac made for me. 8/15/2013 I received my car and was apologized to numerous times. The dealership has now made it right by receiving 2 free tanks of gas, and Jay Joslyn making my first $585.00 car payment and giving me the window tinting and pinstripes at no cost to me. I will still recommend this dealership to friends and family after they made it right in my eyes. I love the product, my 2014 Cadillac ATS 6 speed manual is awesome and I love it every time I get in it. Having a second vehicle ended up being nice too, I have my Mustang to go to work in and my Cadillac in the garage and taken out on my days off. I'm happy in the end and I realize we are all human and mistakes do happen. Thank you Ron Carter Cadillac for making it right. More

Upon coming to a car delearship at 23 years one can be skeptical if they will even get noticed. From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by George Clark. George instantly let me know that he was busy but wanted to be sure I was set up with someone ASAP which was when he introduced me to Heidi Walters From meeting Heidi she was all ears about what I was interested in and looking for. She found me a CTS Coupe to test drive within minutes. Took the car around the block, and instantly fell inlove like I knew I would. After telling her I was interested that night I told her specifically what I was looking for i.e. Color, options etc. She searched far and wide to find exactly what I wanted and instantly was able to make it happen. From that point on I was at the dealership for quite some time, but the whole staff made me feel right at home and did not make it an awkward long while. Upon completing my sale deal, They put me in the back with June, who among the other employees was top notch and personal. She listened understood what I wanted and also, made the transaction flawless and quick. More
