Hi. Mrs. Winn and myself (Mr. Winn) are repeat customer at Ron Carter Cadillac. We bought our 2009 Cadillac CTS at Ron Carter in Friendswood. We always get our CTS serviced there. What about Cadillac Sales? Mr. George Clark has restored our faith in new car sales personnel. We know George is here to sales new cars-however from the very beginning he made us feel like we were buying our 2013 SRX from a friend and not just from someone out to make a quick sale or commission. Our circumstance was a bit challenging but George never waivered in his commitment. He tirelessly persevered to ensure we reached our goal. Bottom Line? George was surprising transparent, professional, and courteous. His product knowledge is quite impressive. George also understands what his role is as a team member at the dealership. When we became concerned about financial matters, he would always quickly refer us to the quite capable personnel in the finance department or work closely with management when necessary. He never overstepped his authority and made empty promises. Conversely, a customer will not drive out of the dealership without being totally familiar with how to operate the vehicle purchased. Alternately, in past experiences, after the initial purchase there is very little interaction or follow up. We've noticed with great interest however, even though it has been a few days since we took delivery-George continues to solidify this newly formed friendship with words of encouragement and genuine concern. Additionally, he sends timely texts, and makes phone calls to ensure every need is being addressed. Now, when things do not go as well as expected for consumers, we are usually very quick to complain. We feel that there should be some balance. We believe customers should be equally as eager to report "the good works" also. Job well done George & Ron Carter Cadillac! Best wishes for CHRIST mas & the New Year! I have purchase several cars in my life. This is by far the BEST and easiest car buying experience. This purchase was a SRX and I have been shopping for 6months. I had a very frustrating experience with 4 the BEST and easiest car buying experience. This purchase was a SRX and I have been shopping for 6months. I had a very frustrating experience with 4 Cadillac dealerships during this time. But then everything changed Jimmy Mauricio contacted me and I figured I had this much time in this I might as well try one last time. Jimmy introduced me to George Clark and I had the best experience ever. The purchase was very easy and they listened to my needs and options in a SRX. But they didn't stop there. After the purchase we wrapped a bow on the SRX in the service shop and invited my wife to the dealership. The SRX was an awesome surprise Christmas gift for my wife. PERFECT. i went to Ron Carter to have my car serviced for an oil change and recalls. I dropped off the car and was going to the break room to wait for the loaner car. George recognized me from the previous sale in February this year. He struck up conversation and asked how I loved my car. I do... love my car. He asked me what was going on with my car, then proceeded to sell me an upgraded model. I should have purchased this car in the first place but didn't want to spend the money on the first sale. I said I wanted to keep my grill, he changed it out. I said keep the payments under $600.00 per month, he did just that. George is a great salesman. He is very courteous and always makes sure to follow up with great customer service. I would recommend George and Ron Carter to all my friends and anyone who wants to look at the interior, as so it happened to me at the Krogers parking lot. A total stranger came up to me and asked if he could look at the interior of my car. Strange but true. More

We were car shopping due to the fact my wife's car was recently totaled in an accident. We were under pressure before arriving at Ron Carter Cadillac. The reason i am writing this review is that George Clark made a very tough situation very comfortable and relaxed. When we arrived at Ron Carter Cadillac I asked for the Fleet dealer and George was paged to come wok with us. He made us feel comfortable immediately and did a great job finding the perfect car. Goerge stayed late to help us Friday night. I know for a fact that George went above and beyond the call of duty Saturday morning to help secure this vehicle for us. This was definately one of the most comfortable car buying experiences i have ever had. George is truely an asset to Ron Carter and their customers. More

This was my second time dealing with Ron Carter Cadillac and George Clark. After my wife had purchased a 2013 ATS, I waited a while until I purchased a Escalade EXT. I had already been in a couple of times to speak with George. Each time he would treat me with courtesy and respect, without trying to make me buy a car. He would say, "Whenever I was ready, he would be there to help me." I am Thankful for him taking time along with June to help me with my decision. Not only did they go the extra mile, but they made me feel comfortable and at easy with what I was doing. The experience that my wife and I have received has made it easy to say, "That all of our future purchases will be made at Ron Carter Cadillac." They really make you feel like you have made the best decision when it comes to customer appreciation, as well as product satisfaction. Normally I am not a person that shares where I purchase things from. However, I want everyone I know to be able to experience that same Customer Service that we have been given.
