i searched the web for models, availability in Houston, and price.Ron Carter was a participant in TrueCar and the price for the model and options was good. I was contacted by George and went by to drive the model I was interested in.From the first meeting I was extremely impressed with George. He was professional, had great customer service skills and he was extremely knowledgeable about the product. We did not have to spend hours negotiating price, he got to a great offer very quickly. I felt like I was getting concierge service in every way.George also went to a lot of trouble to assist me with the little things. I gave the car to my wife for Christmas and George let me keep the car on their lot until the last minute, he had it washed and fueled, and he had a big red bow in the trunk so I could put it on the car Christmas morning.
