I contacted Ron Carter dealership to speak with someone about trading in my Cadillac CTS4. I was very disenchanted with Stewart Cadillac unprincipled behavior and almost given up on Cadillac. Mr. Derek answered the phone and promised he would do all he could to get the automobile I wanted. He then asked if it was okay that his manager speak with me. I said it was fine and I was connected to Mr Jimmie. Very professional, kind, compassionate, and driven person. The two were so willing to assist me that I thought it was just another sales pitch to get me into the dealership. They asked me when was it convenient for me to bring in my trade to get it appraised. Again, I was a little apprehensive and said these people are too nice and going to waste my time. Mr. Jimmie and Derek assured me that they would have the car I wanted on the lot with a day or two, brand new and give me a fair trade value for my 2011 CTS4. Well, they did everything they promised and more. I caught the flu while I was purchasing my vehicle and was not able to pick it up at delivery. Each day under the weather, the two called to ask how my health was doing. They assured me everything was okay and when I got better they would see me to pick up my car. I knew then I had two people that cared about me. Derek has an excellent mentor (Mr. Jimmie). The little time I spent at the dealership, I noticed how Mr. Jimmie is teaching Derek how to be the best, a perfectionist. Derek is going to be a great asset to the Cadillac family. He's young, intelligent, funny, energetic, free spirited, and most of all he listens. I am looking forward to my next trade when I retire in 4 years. Hopefully, the two can get together again and find me that perfect retirement automobile. I am so overwhelmed with happiness to have found two friends and a dealership that I feel comfortable doing business. It's very hard to find people that are concerned about your needs and go beyond the call of duty to see that you are treated fairly and with respect. Mr. Jimmie is managing the dealership very well. The atmosphere is very comfortable, clean, professional, and impressive. When you walk into the front doors the receptionist is very polite and friendly. The entire sales team were very professional and compassionate.Everyone wasn't too busy to acknowledge my presence. In my opinion, they are the best in the business! My God continue to bless this dealership staff in their personal and professional lives that they continue to strive to be the best! More

I was very impressed with his no pressure attitude. He took the time to find the exact car I wanted with all of the features and colors I asked for. This has to be by far the easiest car purchase for me. Also, I love the car. I was stuck between two brands and Derek helped me decided on Cadillac. I am so happy he did. He saved me a lot of money during the sale and in the long run. This purchase was a week ago and he has since followed up with me a few times answering some questions and making sure I am happy with the car. If you are in the market for a luxury car, save yourself the trouble and go ask for Derek Kleinschmidt. More

Amie Gulii-Jackson This was our first experience with a Cadillac purchase and although we have had 3 prior purchases with Ron Carter and GM, this one was the best of all This was our first experience with a Cadillac purchase and although we have had 3 prior purchases with Ron Carter and GM, this one was the best of all. Not saying the others were not enjoyable as they were as well. Amie was an excellent sales rep, June was an excellent finance rep - we couldn't have asked for more. My Best Ever Car Buying Experience My experience started with the need to purchase a new car and my wish to review three different manufacturers. I had previously owned a Cadillac and My experience started with the need to purchase a new car and my wish to review three different manufacturers. I had previously owned a Cadillac and had for some reason decided to try another manufacturer my last purchase. I went back to Ron Carter with the intention of simply looking again at the CTS to see what was different and review the pricing. I had looked online but I am a visual person so wanted to "see" exactly what I was considering which I had also done with the other manufacturers. I received a friendly greeting from several as I entered but simply said I was only there to look and get some information. I was talking with a salesman about our careers and he introduced me to Clint Conley and told me I should talk with Clint if I had questions. That is what started "My Best Ever Car Buying Experience". Clint could tell that I did not want to immediately purchase but wanted to price and compare so I could make a good decision. He gave me some recommendations and gave me his card and simply said to call him when I was comfortable and he would be glad to help me. A few days later I went back and talked with Clint, drove a few different cars that I was very impressed with, and told him of my needs and goals regarding both purchasing and trading my present car. Clint was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the cars that I drove and explained the benefit of each. There was absolutely no pressure but rather simple explanations so I could make a determination. I then told him what I had built and priced on the internet and we started from there with selecting the color. Clint then started trying to work with me and do what he could based on my needs and goals. This is when he introduced me to another person that made me completely comfortable and who also gained my absolute trust, Jimmy Mauricio. Jimmy was instrumental in helping us come to an agreement which was beneficial for all of us and met all of our goals. I have been purchasing cars for over 50 years and based on past experiences I can say that Clint and Jimmy are what all dealerships should seek in interpersonal skills, forthrightness, honesty, and a commitment to work with a customer. I feel extremely confident that my next purchase will be at Ron Carter again and my first call will be for Clint and Jimmy.
