Mark Mauricio and Jimmy Mauricio were very professional and worked hard to meet our needs and make us happy. Once again we can say Ron Carter provides superior customer service and treated us with respect and appreciation.. They made it a point to thank us for our business and loyalty and made us feel special. They also followed up with calls after the purchase. The day after we purchased the car we got an OnStar email alerting us to 3 recall issues and the service department scheduled an appointment quickly. Lisa from the service department also called to ask if there were any other issues that we wanted attended to when we brought the car in for the recalls. We feel assured that any concerns we may have will always be expedited to our satisfaction. We love our new CTS More

The buying process could not have been more pleasant, which unfortunately is not the norm at most dealerships; I tend to be VERY picky and difficult to please when purchasing a vehicle but Jimmy Mauricio and Mike Rideaux were both amazing and extremely understanding, their level of professionalism and knowledge is simply unparalleled. My SRX Went to the Ron Carter Cadillac to test drive the SRX ( knew I was not going to buy one ), well they sent me home in it and I love it ! Diana Orendorff was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She make me feel like we had been friends for years. Kim Dalhstrom was my angle.
