I called at 4:15pm to see if they had a particular car in stock, arrived at 5:00 pm and with the amazing help of Angela Davis - drove my new XTS home I called at 4:15pm to see if they had a particular car in stock, arrived at 5:00 pm and with the amazing help of Angela Davis - drove my new XTS home at 9:00 pm -- all in a matter of hours! Fantastic Customer Service - The BEST Because of the distance, I had not planned on going to Ron Carter to lease. When Angela told me about the concierge program and a car would be brought to my home for a test drive, I was hooked! The experience first started with Angela arranging the service experience, to Jimmy (GM) working out the great lease plan and then to Lisa, a cadillac specialist who drove the car to my home, and explained all the many features was amazing. They truly care about the customer experience and took care of each detail to my satisfaction. I have already recommended Ron Carter to many others and I have only had the car a week!
