He was very down to earth, respectful, honest and was very helpful through the whole process. The customer service was superb. Mo is also highly knowledgeable sales person and he worked hard to get me a great deal with additional packages for the car. The Santa Fe Sports drives great with high gas mileage. Shockingly Inept The dealership had an XLS listed at a fantastic price. I called, spoke with Laurie and she said they still had the car. I wanted to pay cash but didn' The dealership had an XLS listed at a fantastic price. I called, spoke with Laurie and she said they still had the car. I wanted to pay cash but didn't have enough in my checking acct so I cashed in a cd when I got off the phone--before maturity and was penalized--but I thought the deal good enough to warrant the loss. My 90 year old mother with Alzheimer's lives with me and I had to arrange for someone to stay with her while I went to buy the car. When I got the dealership I was informed after about 45 minutes that the car was not there and had been sold. I informed the salesman (Michael Williams) that it was plain that I was wasting my time and left. He caught me at my car and assured me they could offer me a similar deal on another car. After about another 30 minutes a man who identified himself as the general sales manager (I believe Jimmy Mauricio) announced that he was now on the case (insinuating all would now be well). His idea of a similar deal was one in which I was to pay over $10,000 more than the price for the car I came to buy. In other words, a gang of jokers. More

I feel I met a Godly, honest, person that made me feel as if I walked up to a family member or someone I have know all my life. Lydia immediately started trying to help me get what I wanted and the price to fit my budget. I had no idea I would leave with the SRX as I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive an ATS and a CTs to see the difference. (I was currently driving a 2007 CTS). I drove both and decided that I wanted the CTS. My husband asked him the price. It was 64000, but he could get us into it for the low 50's. After talking for a bit in his office, we left to think it over. My husband looked the exact car up online, and it was being advertised for 43400. I called Gary and asked again his bottom price. He had to talk with the manager and came back with 46900. Again, I told him we just saw it on the internet for lower. He told me that was only for people who lived in a certain area. HAHAHAHA!!!!! By now my husband is furious. He emailed the internet sales manager who promptly contacted us and told us the car would be ready when we got their. In the mean time, Gary actually called me and told me that the car had sold. The lying by sales people is common, I assume. Thank goodness for the honesty of the internet sales manager, Lydia Ibarra. After contacting her our deal went smoothly, and we bought the car for the ADVERTISED price. I LOVE my CTS!!!! More
