Birthday Gift We were undecided on a car to purchase almost bought a BMW but I knew my husband wasn't satisfied. However, once we spoke with George our sales assoc We were undecided on a car to purchase almost bought a BMW but I knew my husband wasn't satisfied. However, once we spoke with George our sales associate he helped us make up our mind. George was great, he showed us many cars. We test drove three and the best part no haggling he gave us a price based on our credit score and incentives from the dealership and when we went to financing the payment was exactly what he promised....no changes. George was very knowledgeable and did not allow us to leave until he explained and set up all the features. The manager also came in and introduced himself to us. Overall great experience and best of all my husband loves his new car. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

4 cars from this dealership!!!! This is my 4th Cadillac from this dealership and I would not go anywhere else! We worked with Clint Conley on our first 3 and he was great to work This is my 4th Cadillac from this dealership and I would not go anywhere else! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I live in Katy. I called Jimmy to see if he could work a deal with me on the phone since the dealership was so far away. He was very very accommodating and understood my concerns and answered all of my questions. After talking to him on the phone my husband and I decided to go out to the dealership. He worked us up a great deal and stuck to it when we arrived. It was smooth and hassle free. I will definitely purchase my next cadillac with Jimmy. It was well worth the trip there. More

My 1st but not my last. After submitting an online inquiry I quickly received a call from Dalilah about my inquiry. She was very knowledgable and invited me to the dealership to talk about a new Cadillac. I had a current lease and she gathered all the details about my trade. We communicated via text after the call which made it hassle free and convenient. When I came to the dealership I was greeted warmly and introduced to Jimmy Mauricio the General Manager. Dalilah, Jimmy, and I discussed what I wanted in my new car and the price options, etc. Since everything was going so well I got a little nervous and decided to step off for a few days to think about it. I contacted Delilah and Jimmy multiple times with questions and concerns. They were very patient and knowledgable when addressing all of my questions and concerns. I returned to the dealership a few days later to finalize things with my new ATS coupe. They made it easy, they cared about my satisfaction with the deal, and they earned my business in the future.
