Dishonesty!! If there is a negative 5 stars, that what I would give to Ron Carter ( Internet Sale manager Jimmy Mauricio and Salesman Louie, didn't get his last na If there is a negative 5 stars, that what I would give to Ron Carter ( Internet Sale manager Jimmy Mauricio and Salesman Louie, didn't get his last name) 9:00 AM this morning, contacted dealership with intent to purchase a 2015 Escalade ESV RWD LUXURY package with REAR DVD entertainment Listed 82,995 In-stock. Jimmy confirmed that car is in stock and go ahead and come in to work out the details. I wanted a 2nd tow bench instead of bucket seats Upon negotiation, sale price $76,500 plus my trade in at 18k. Told them deal is good. Then they came back and said they cannot locate the car and said I would have to wait 2 weeks to get the bench. I said ok that's fine. (After 2 hrs wait) Then they asked if I would like the one without the bench seat, I would get it TODAY. talked to my wife and we agree to go without the bench and ask to see that vehicle with the bucket seats. They said they would have to go get it at another lot, cleaned up, Deliver it to my house TONIGHT BY 9PM. Where I can inspect the car and sign all the paperworks. SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?!!!! Sale guy swear on his mother that he would bring it to me Tonight. Called him at 8PM, gave me a run around then texted me( don't have the nerve to call me) said they don't have the car and if he can call me when it arrived. DONOT SHOP FROM RON CARTER AS THEY DONT WANT TO SELL 80,000 dollars car to a BUYING CUSTOMER. WASTED MY WHOLE DAY AND LOOKED ME IN THE EYES AND LIED. THEY MADE CAR SALESMAN LOOKED BAD!!!! More
