David was amazing at finding the perfect Escalade for us. He always answered every text, phone call or any question we had. We have dealt with a lot of car dealerships in Ca over the past few months and the He always answered every text, phone call or any question we had. We have dealt with a lot of car dealerships in Ca over the past few months and the customer service that David provided was unmatched. Thank you so much we love our Escalade! The only extremely disappointing part of our experience was the home delivery process. The company that delivered our vehicle, Sunnat general services (914-507-3599), was hours late from their projected eta and upon arrival demanded that we pay them $850 cash or Zelle with no receipt. We knew and were told by David that this was not necessary and even showed them confirmation that payment had been taken care of and they still held our vehicle. The driver held the vehicle for almost 2 hours in front of our house until about 1030pm. During this time he called the owner of the company to try and clear things up and during this time the owner was extremely rude, demeaning, and at one point claimed that "we just wanted delivery for free” as if we were the ones trying to scam them out of money. I would recommend to never use this transport company again as to not tarnish your wonderful dealership’s reputation and spoil the experience of other customers. Thank you David for answering our calls and texts so late at night and saving the day (night) for us. Without you we probably wouldn’t have gotten our Escalade that night. Also, thank you for following up with us after to make sure everything was ok. We really appreciate that! More
