I haven’t been to the dealership for a while, but I was impressed by the guys at Big O Auto. He then assigned my case to a young guy named Grant. I test drove the car, pointed out my concerns, and they addressed everything after their mechanic did a thorough diagnostic and explained everything. They stuck to the sticker price, insisting it was a fair price for the kind and condition of the vehicle I was buying. I kind of understood where they were coming from, and based on my research, I agreed. The paperwork went smoothly, and I drove off with the car the next day. I would recommend anyone shopping for a car to go see them. More

Bought a 2017 Ford Fusion from this place a year ago. 3 days before the year mark the transmission blew on the interstate! Horrible dealership we bought a 2014 focus with a salvage title and we were told it had a brand new transmission in it. The transmission started acting up and I called them and I got the run around I got lef title and we were told it had a brand new transmission in it. The transmission started acting up and I called them and I got the run around I got left on hold then I was told they had no record of a new transmission being put in the car at all and that I should call a ford dealership. I tried to trade the vehicle in and Carmax offered me $300.00 dollars for it and we owe $7,000 dollars on the car. We ended up taking a hit and trading it in to Gregg young chevrolet and they at least gave us $2,000 dollars for it on a trade. Don't buy from these scam artists worst experience ever buying a vehicle. More

At a friend's recommendation, visited this dealership, and walked out with a super nice 2019 Buick Encore, with only 25K miles. After driving a car for a few days, noticed that the engine oil needed to be changed, and the windshield washer pump needed a little fix. Without any questions, they serviced the car, free of charge and with many thanks. Observed other potential customers being treated with sincere curtesy and respect.
