Whoever manages the building itself deserves a 1-star rating - not the staff. The service center needs a new roof and some plumbers - after the storm they will need someone for flooring and to address fl rating - not the staff. The service center needs a new roof and some plumbers - after the storm they will need someone for flooring and to address flooding in the offices...I don't know if they rent this space or own it, but it is not in safe condition I went on July 31 when it rained and I am not even sure this place can be open today, August 31. The main entry for service had no working lights when I arrived, before the storm and flooding (though people were actively working to determine why the lights did not work), but as the storm progressed, there was a leak through main service entry roof and someone knew to have a trash can in the center to catch the water from the leak. However, the storm was leaking through a massive hole in the roof, almost as if the roof was missing - maybe it leaked less before, but this was no surprise. The surprise to me is the service center literally collapsing and flooding around us in the waiting area when the storm hit, around 3:45PM. The bathroom ceiling collapsed while we were in the waiting room and there was a waterfall through the ceiling and walls from the storm outside. The service waiting area, service counters and offices were actively flooding and the service center itself was flooding from no drainage. Water crept across the floor inch by inch and one of the two exits (the exit to the service floor) was flooded at least ankle high where people could not pass. I was called to pay my invoice and to pay I was ushered to the office manager whose office is directly next to the flooded service floor. I paid my invoice as her office began to flood and tried to wait patiently and be supportive as she organized dozens of sheets of paper while simultaneously panicking from watching the water steadily approaching and entering her office. At one point she dropped the papers and was frantically trying to pick them up before the water reached them. I asked if I could help her and helped by moving four cardboard bank boxes from the floor to the top of her desk so they wouldn't be destroyed. By the end of the transaction, it was impossible for her to exit her office without being wet. The office was flooded and the service center waiting area was nearly halfway flooded from the bathroom collapse. The place needs a new roof, probably new flooring, new plumbing/bathroom restoration, and to address the drainage (by the time I left, the service center flood was expanding to a second drain, closer to the main service entry/exit. However, I commend EVERYONE working there who managed to keep a positive attitude and maintain professionalism despite things literally falling apart and flooding around them - the people on deck at the service center get FIVE STARS. I feel like someone at corporate needs to hit the staff members off with a nice stipend or some form of compensation - as well as the clients who were waiting there, paying to have their vehicles serviced - while enduring such safety concerns. Second time there. Both times there was poor communication and significant delays completing the service (4 hours for a maintenance service on a 3 year old vehicle). We Both times there was poor communication and significant delays completing the service (4 hours for a maintenance service on a 3 year old vehicle). Went there because it service was included in purchase of my vehicle but now that those free services are concluded I will not be going back. More
