Very impressed I had been to a few dealerships to buy a new vehicle for myself with no real success. They either wanted too much down or the cost of the car was way I had been to a few dealerships to buy a new vehicle for myself with no real success. They either wanted too much down or the cost of the car was way more than what it was worth. I heard the ad on the radio and gave them a chance. It was well worth it. Terrence helped me from the moment I walked in and I thought I'd be stuck with an older car but he went the extra mile to find me a lender and after a few days found one. I ended up being a able to take home this 2013 Kia without breaking the bank and at a great price. Excellent, timely service! Most dealerships require you to come in and spend HOURS looking at inventory or filling out this form and that form, but not at Big City Cars. I was Most dealerships require you to come in and spend HOURS looking at inventory or filling out this form and that form, but not at Big City Cars. I was able to fill out the pre-qual finance form and schedule a time to come in and they had everything ready to go. Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient, he took care of my sales needs and got the exact vehicle I was looking at. Then you have Chad over in finance, these two worked together like they had been working together for years. Chad basically had the finance portion completed by the time we got back from the test and at great rates and over amount EVEN though we had negative equity with our trade. These guys rock and if you are looking for a car, truck, van, or SUV at least give them a chance to help you out. More
