Amber, I'm sorry you felt you had an unpleasant experience here at the dealership. I looked into everything that transpired during your visit. As you even said in your review, the trade offer is for "up to" $5,555 more for your trade. The ad also states to see dealer for complete details. The various offers in the ad (Up To $5,555 more for your trade, payments as low as $79 a month, pay off lease or loan) cannot be combined with each other or other offers. Certain aspects of a car deal are also up to the discretion of the banks and lenders. I have spoken with the owner, and he has instructed me to offer you $6,000 for your trade contingent on you being able to find a bank that is willing to fund a car loan with those stipulations. Again, I am sorry your experience wasn't as good as we strive for them to be. Should you have any other questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at 260.212.1111

Mr Suman, First lets address each issue one at a time. #1 you purchased your car 03/18/2017 at that time you purchased a car with over 147000 miles. We did inspect and service the car and i am willing to provide you those documents. We replaced camshaft position sensor, wheel speed sensor, sepentine belt idler pulley just to name a few. #2 You arrived at the dealership in June because you had a (WEARABLE) item malfunction. Thank goodness you purchased the extended coverage. Most warranties dont cover tie rod ends and ball joints as they see those as wearable itmes. We then inspected the car and repaired all items approved and needed. We OBVIOUSLY repaired what needed to be repaired. Keep in mind thats how we make revenue. We replaced the tie rod end that needed repaired. We did not repair both as only one was bad. The only way we could do both is if we commit warranty fraud. While we would love the work and the revenue we are a reputable dealership and choose not to commit FRAUD! #3 you were happy with the repair and havent had any issues until recently. Most recently you were informed that you need the other tie rod end. I am sorry that your 147000 mile truck almost a year later needs a wearable item fixed but how could this possibly be our problem. I want to inform you once again that if your tie rod end was bad in June it most certainly wouldnt have been 8 months for you to realize you have a problem. In conclusion You purchased 147000 mile car had us repair your car under warranty a few months later. Then 8 months later another wearable part went out and your attempting to extort us! We would have gladly worked with you. Helped with cost labor or something. We understand that car repairs are expensive but bashing us and giving dishonest reviews wont help!! 176 POSITIVE REVIEWS!!! AND ONE UNREASONABLE CUSTOMER!!

The warranty company does not cover the tie rods therefore how did you replace one and not the other? When we talked Saturday you said you replaced a ball joint yet the warranty company says it was a wheel bearing. Thats 3 different parts so which was it really? I know because it is my vehicle and i have had to deal with it. Sounds like you really aren't sure what part was replaced and what the actual warranty company covers. Before you think you can stick it to someone publicly please make sure you have all the facts straight otherwise you make yourself look bad. Normal wear on a vehicle is something i would gladly pay for to have fixed as it comes with the responsibility of owning a vehicle. We just wanted you guys to admit you were dishonest about what parts were initially replaced. Then when the owner spoke to my wife it really made it clear we made a mistake. The way she was disrespected and talked to was beyond ridiculous. She got off the phone in tears because of him and he should be ashamed of himself. This will be the last time i respond as it isnt worth my time. Have a good day.
