I just moved to Long Island, and had my C-Max factory recall service done by Beiner Ford recently. The appointment is super easy, with multiple reminder emails sent to me ahead of time. I came in for a recall and they didn't order the part that was needed. So after waiting 6 weeks for the appointment, the part is now on backorder and I have to wait indefinitely for the recall to be repl that was needed. They told me that had to do the inspection first, but that makes no sense, since it was a recall, not a repair. Every car like mine needs the part. There were other recalls that were handled very quickly and professionally though, hence the two stars. It would have been 5 if they had been prepared with the recalled part and made the replacement.
