Our technicians thoroughly inspected your vehicle and found that the tail lights sequence lights were not functioning properly and needed to be repaired in order to pass the inspection. We understand that you found a more cost-effective solution elsewhere, and we respect your decision to go with another provider. TO whom it may concern: I did not take my vehicle some place to get it fix cheaper, there was NOTHING to fix. the problem was your workers lied and tried to extort $1435 from me. my tail lights where working before and after I left your dealership. so nice try with this sorry excuse for an apology your guys are thieves. I may contact some investigator I know so you better be on your toes. MR. EDWIN CRUZ.
