Company tried to okie dok me with forcing me to by a product that I did not need, when I expressed the fact issue was fixed within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership told it will be on hold until I ve product that I did not need, when I expressed the fact issue was fixed within 15 minutes of leaving the dealership told it will be on hold until I verify that within one week. When I called less than a week later told I would be charged 300 dollars for restocking fee, CALLED THE MAIN FORD COMPANY AND THEY SAID THEY DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE. AND ALSO THE MANAGER WAS THE ONE TO SUGGEST THE WAIT TIME. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO AVOIDING MY CALLS AND NO RETURN CALLS EITHER. More
