Lou was great, the true meaning or a manager, he went above to see that my work van was fixed properly. After another Dealer in Hempstead kept it for more than a month and constantly feed me lieLs about the status of repairs and then returned it to me with damage they did causing a major oil leak.Lou and his team repaired what they did and ultimately through a few visits trying to completely satisfy me as the original repair that I brought it to Hempstead for was determined to have never even been done. Lou did the complete repair and being that this is my livelihood he went the extra, getting it done in just 2 days. I will continue to only go to Lou and Biener Ford and have recommended them to many friends. More

The service manager was awesome and so was my technician. My only gripe is the cost for “the works” package. It was $123 for basically an oil change and tire rotation. FABULOUS EXPERIENCE! Chris in Service had me call when I got to my workplace. Within the hour his staff retrieved my car from my job. An oil change was due and a recall needed addressing. They elected to rotate my tires and check my fluids. Chris called me for my Ford Pass ID number. Chris applied the points I had accumulated to the service. The team returned my car before my workday was over. The entire extremely pleasant experience cost me nothing.
