I was lied to multiple times by multiple salespeople. This wasn’t a matter of “miscommunication.” I asked explicit questions and was told answers that were not true. The salesman told me that BlueCruise would allow me to drive hands free using the navigation system from the dealership to my home. That was a lie. He told me other than Sirius, there were no subscriptions needed for the car. That was a lie. When I picked up the car and discovered that navigation required a subscription, I was told that my salesperson made a mistake. I asked if there were any other subscriptions. I was told no. I explicitly asked if BlueCruise was a subscription. I was told no by the sales manager and the salesperson who was there at the time. That, again, was a lie. My original salesperson also asked me to please not pay off my car too quickly so he would get a higher commission. I haven’t exaggerated a single thing in this review. These are plain and simple facts. I bought a $70k car from Bieber for well over msrp, and they couldn’t show me the basic respect of being truthful. More
Had a dead battery and initially told service was backed up until August. Then spoke to Lou, service manager, who told me to bring my 2020 Escape in for service. Customer service was really good, came to buy an oil filter, ended up grabbing some more items and asked about nyc inspection, which they did for me even though i didn’t have an appointment.
