The only reason I purchased two cars from Biener Ford is the sales person Andre Vega. From the first interaction I sensed a professional and dedicated customer service mentality Mr Vega responds to all inqu the sales person Andre Vega. Always with a smile and never a look of frustration. Best thing. Not pushy and obnoxious as most car sales person. Will recommend anyone and everyone I know to Biener Ford because of Andre's personality. Now the rest of team from the lady at the desk, to the manager, to Benny in finance,, to the parts dept, also the young gentleman that washed and prepped the car. I have to say impressive. Every was just so delightful, helpful and polite. I felt at home and not with vultures. Never bought a Ford before and I must say my first impression with Ford is absolutely fabulous. The main reason for my visit was to repair a defective seat panel on the driver's side by the seat controls. Chris from service assisted me; he was courteous, professional and accommodating. In addition to getting the repair done, he my oil change and tire rotation completed, which was due. No issues in my dealing with Chris. However, I was a bit disappointed that the repair was not done correctly. The following day, I exited my car as normal, and the panel that was just "replaced" got unhinged in he same location where the initial issue was, and my seat frame was loose. I found myself having to reconnect the panel hinge every time I got out the car, so clearly things weren't fastened accurately. This was frustrating because I already lost half a day from work to get this fixed, because they are not open for service on the weekend. Subsequently, I had my husband look at it, since he knows about cars and he confirmed that there was a clip that holds everything together that wasn't properly fastened, causing the panel to unhinge once weight was placed/released on the seat. Once he fastened the clip, the issue was resolved. This shouldn't have been the case, so I am disappointed with the care taken in getting the panel installed properly. More
