I just moved to Long Island, and had my C-Max factory recall service done by Beiner Ford recently. The appointment is super easy, with multiple reminder emails sent to me ahead of time. I came in for a recall and they didn't order the part that was needed. So after waiting 6 weeks for the appointment, the part is now on backorder and I have to wait indefinitely for the recall to be repl that was needed. So after waiting 6 weeks for the appointment, the part is now on backorder and I have to wait indefinitely for the recall to be replaced. They told me that had to do the inspection first, but that makes no sense, since it was a recall, not a repair. Every car like mine needs the part. There were other recalls that were handled very quickly and professionally though, hence the two stars. It would have been 5 if they had been prepared with the recalled part and made the replacement. Had my 2015 Explorer serviced yesterday. The car had quite a few issues and it's a hard hit with a sizable bill at this struggling time, with inflation and all. I was lucky having Chris, the service advisor on my side. He was very kind and professional, with solid knowledge about each car in his hand. Chris listened to my concerns patiently, working above and beyond to solve the problems and find the best deal possible for me. The final invoice is a lot better than I expected. And they're very flexible about picking up the car, even after working hours. Another two thumbs up for Biener Ford and highly recommend Chris and his outstanding team! More
