Absolutely the work service Dept. I have a manufacture defect in my engine and they say im supposed to keep calling Ford customer relations myself. I've done this and they talk over you, wont let me finish explaining what the service Dept diagnosed. They tell me that there is no such thing as a manufacturing defect and gang up on me. They say because their isn't any recalls and my car is too old,seven years and 92,000 miles that im not getting a new engine. The engine block is cracked which caused a coolant intrusion which blew the head gaskets. Even though the 2018 ford escape se has had a recall for this exact problem. There's still class action lawsuits going on since 2020. So I have 9k left on my loan and can't drive my car! I have no means to pay for this and nor should I pay for a vehicle with a manufacturing defect! I have no alternatives to get back and forth to work so I'll be loosing my job! This was explained to everyone I've spoken to at Bidlemen Ford in Auburn NY and Ford Customer Relations and they don't even care! I didn't even own this vehicle when they recalled it, so they sold me it knowing that there was major engine problems. This was my first Ford vehicle and I've had no other problems since I bought it. I will NEVER do any business with Ford again!! I am going to join a class action lawsuit, call the better business bureau and the attorney gernal and report not only Ford but also Bidlemen Ford!! UNBELIEVABLE rotten customer service, Ford customer satisfaction and Ford customer loyalty programs!! More
Had an appointment with them. Salesmen didn't care. Complete waste of time and energy even trying to do business with them. This is not a good review, Perhaps the worst place i've ever purchased a car from, Sales associates do not return call's Ray/Noah left several message never returned calls, I drove 3 1/2 hours to see this ever purchased a car from, Sales associates do not return call's Ray/Noah left several message never returned calls, I drove 3 1/2 hours to see this car since no one returned my call, original sales person Ray had left, then Noah got involved. We agreed to numbers and they said they would detail the car address a couple of minor issues and deliver the car the next day to me. I from this point on things got worse. The driver smoked in the car on the way down, It took 14 hours for the car to be delivered, when the car arrived it smelled horrible, I asked the driver if he smoked in the car, he said no. The issues that I requested to be addressed were ignored, the car was not cleaned or detailed, not even a car wash, they basically removed the stickers off the windows and took the endless drive, Sales person Noah stopped taking my calls, its been over 2 weeks and I have not even received a follow up call. It was late around 10 pm It was hard to see the car clear but i noticed the tow hitch cover was missing and the car was filthy, I was upset, the driver put Matt (a vested partner)on the phone, and he basically stated that he would order the part and address the Detail for the car, still waiting for the call over 2 weeks later. I drove 3 1/2 distance because honestly they had the car I was looking for and a price I was willing to pay and they did give me top dollar for my trade. Was it worth it, the short answer is NO! I spent my hard earned money at this store, I just wanted to be respected and received what was promised, and that just never happened, and I won't hold my breath. Consider going elsewhere and avoid this place, it is by far one of the worst places I have ever purchased a car at and would not recommend it to anyone. Eddie Cordero More

Could care less about establishing a long term relationship with the customer. Just out for a quick buck. Selling 2 year old cars for more than they sold for new. I took my 2 yr old Ford hybrid in for an inspection in fall of 2019. they told me it needed 4 sets of brake pads & rotors. I thought it was b.s. since hybrids use regenerative braking and rarely fully en fall of 2019. they told me it needed 4 sets of brake pads & rotors. I thought it was b.s. since hybrids use regenerative braking and rarely fully engage with the brakes; AND i drive all highway almost zero stop & start driving. I acquiesed and $800 later, I figure I will never need brakes again for the life of this car. Wrong! it's now fall of 2020 - my driving has been even less due to pandemic, and they tell me it needs rear pads & rotors to pass inspection. Yes, they're a year old. yes, you all did the work. No, i'm not paying for another brake job; and xxxx right they're "under warranty." No I will never go back. I got to wonder how much b.s. they try to upsell to females, or do they try to bilk guys too? the receptionist wasn't as cheery the 2nd time she called with the "warranty" information and didn't have a whole lot to say as to why brakes that barely even got used during a quarantine failed inspection. I received a follow up email almost immediately from Kristi that the vehicle was in fact still for sale and that a sales rep would contact me shortly. I emailed Kristi back and thanked her. Matt contacted me as well and asked if I had a trade in. I replied to matt with the proper information. On Tuesday the 8th, I received an automated email from Matt about Summits new inventory. I replied and asked Matt if he has seen my other email. No response. On Thursday the 10th I emailed Kristi and Matt asking if they had received my previous emails and Kristi answered that they had not and Matt would contact me on Friday. Matt did not contact me on Friday and I followed up with Emails again to Kristi and Matt with no response. Apparently Summit isn't in the business of selling cars. More
