I went to BidCars last week to test drive at a 2017 Ram ProMaster 136. I took it for a ride and drove good but the AC was blowing warm air. I was ready to buy this vehicle but I wanted the AC working. T ProMaster 136. I took it for a ride and drove good but the AC was blowing warm air. I was ready to buy this vehicle but I wanted the AC working. The sales person Chris Leitao told me the AC does not get cold when the AC is below 50 degrees. He said it was in for service at Central Chrysler and just had been serviced there and he would get it back there tomorrow to get the AC checked-out. I told him great when the AC is working I will be back to purchase it. I called over to Central Chrysler the next day and asked the service manager if on the 2017 ProMAster does the AC not work when the weather is below 50 degrees. They said "No", the AC will blow cold air all the time. I thought Mr. Leitao was feeding me a little xx. I called over to speak to Chris and left a VM and he never returned my call. I called today to bidcars today to see if the AC was fixed and Neil told me the van was sold 10 minutes ago. I guess the person they sold it to does need AC in the summer. I would be very careful buying anything from this dealership. More
