The overall experience for me in just about all interactions was highly satisfactory. I worry a little bit about the relationship with Continental for their warranty offering. After purchasing the warranty, I've read some unflattering commentary on the company and worry about them fulfilling obligation if issues arise. Some of this pertains to different service levels - and the dealer only sells full coverage option. Still, there have been situations where Continental's reimbursement doesn't cover full cost of repairs. I also felt the dealer's fee structure was high - $296 registration fee on top of a $499 documentation fee. The doc fee is normal, but the reg fee is extremely high in comparison to other dealers. Overall, the total cost of the purchase was very acceptable compared to the overall marketplace for similar vehicles. More

I'm glad I did because the Audi A6 that caught my eye was waiting for me when I got to the dealership. At the dealership Chris and Moe were great, the paperwork and financing was very quick.
