Quick, no-nonesense experience I dealt with at least four of the guys working here and all were very polite and professional. They don’t haggle on price and are consistent in their philosophy as to why, there pricing was good compared to market, and I didn’t do too badly on my trade value. We ultimately worked the most with Dennis and his willingness to help (even after the sale) with anything was great. The only mark I have against them was the readiness of the car. Every used car I’ve bought (10+) have always come fully detailed and with a full tank of gas. I picked it up with half a tank of fuel, and at first glance the car was clean but looking closely seats and interior hadn’t been fully cleaned, to add a little slight annoyance to this, the day after buying the truck the washer fluid light came on and I put a full bottle of washer fluid in. On the plus side, after I got to them to pick the truck up, the mats were missing that were there in there during the test drive. Dennis went out of his way to get me a ‘new’ set for me, and I got them within 2 days! More
