I did my 2 weeks of research and had my numbers. Had a few vehicle options in hand when I arrived. Phil got the keys to several trucks and I was left alone to check them all out. Got a great price on the new truck that was supported by my own market research and a good enough deal on my trade. We all have to make some money on our sides and I drove away very satisfied. Phil C was great and answered all questions and got back to me right away for several later questions and post purchase updates. For reference I finally heard back yesterday, 6 days later, from a salesman from one of the other mega dealerships about the same style vehicle. Moe did a very good job pushing though the paperwork side and not once did I feel pushed to purchase any extras after declining the first time. Interest rate they obtained from the bank was less than what I expected as well. All in this was a positive experience with no downsides throughout the deal and very easy to do business with.
