I had my car towed to this dealership after the car would not start. The dealership charged me a little over $1700 for various repairs. ( A new BCM, tune up, and oxygen sensor). I took the car out of the shop after said repairs had been completed. I drove the car to work, parked the car in a garage, only to return and the car would not start again. I called the dealership and was assured that the problem would be fixed. I had the car towed back to the dealership. I was called the next day and told that I would have to pay an additional $400 for a fuel pump even though I had already paid for the car to be repaired and it had not been repaired. The service manager told me that they had not checked the fuel pump initially and that I would be responsible for the fuel pump, but they would not charge me for the labor. I was very upset and told the service manager (David R.) and his manager that I did not think that this was fair since I had the car towed because it wouldn't start and then I took it and the next day I had to have the car towed again. Neither the service manager nor his supervisor showed any understanding for my situation and just kept simply saying it would be $400. I then contacted GM customer service and spoke with a Brenda who informed me that unfortunately after contacting the dealership several times that the dearship was unwilling to fix my car without me paying an additional $400 and they accepted no responsibility for not checking the fuel pump when I initially had the car towed to their shop. I called the dealership since I felt that I had exhausted all my options and told them that I would pay the $400 to just please fix the car. I've called every day for the past three days only to be told that the car would be fixed. There is no estimated date of completion, just simply "we'll call you" by David R. I asked David R. why was it taking so long to put in one thing when it only took one day to fix my car when I paid them initially $1716. David R. repeated "I'll call you when your car is ready." I would NEVER do business with this dealership again. I have only bought Chvey's in the past. This is my third, and this experience has put such a damper on the way I view GM. More
I brought my Chevy Envoy to the service department at Kristal. First of all the place was filthy. Horrible waiting room and Anthony the service manager is very arrogant and a jerk to all of his employees Kristal. First of all the place was filthy. What started out as a simple service ended up turning into a 2000 dollar repair of a laundry list of other stuff he claimed went wrong with my car. I'm not happy with the way they communicated with me and I feel like I was forced into repairs I wasn't financially prepared for. I do not recommend this service department and they should look into a replacement service manager. More
My 2009 Cadillac CTS passenger seat started to smoke. Towed it to Kristal who kept the car for 2 weeks and wouldn't provide a loaner. I was also told that the car was never test driven. I towed the car to Norh Bay Caddilac who on the first day found numerous problems due to an overheated seat cooler which caused the smoke. The repair authorization listed 3 pages of repairs, while Kristal said they found nothing wrong with the car. More

SO I ASKED KENNY WHO HE WAS , I COULDN'T BELIVE HE WAS THE OWNER, FIRST HE LOOKS LIKE A PORTER, MEAN LOOK AND VERY ABUSIVE TO WORKERS, HOW DO THESE PEOPLE WORK THERE?? ALL I CAN SAY IS I WILL NEVER RETURN TO KRISTAL WE HAVE 2 CADILLAC'S AND 3 CHEVYS FROM THEM I WILL GO ELSEWHERE. This place is the worst!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO! They are over priced and when I went to pick my car up - it had a huge scratch which they claim they did not do! I purchased a brand new vehicle from Explorer.... I was having alot of smoke come out of the pipes... They recommended i take it to a local dealer i took it to kristal and they fixed the problem. I get a phone asking if i want body work done to the car... I told the lady what body work this is a brand new car i just bought it... She says i got to call you back... she then tell me sir im just asking cause there is damage to your car... My driver never once saw a scratch as well as another driver who accompanied him to drive back with him.. I call the dealer service manager after i was told he will call me back: he tells me first the scratch was under dirt then after I told him how could you tell from your office he tell me its noticable. My driver was never given a check in sheet no one ever went over the car with him... Yet they claim that my driver sign a check in sheet which they can't produce.... Shady business.... A dealership who wants to pass the buck for there mistake it sound like.... More
