I was communicating with several dealership but felt comfortable with Mr. Brian Bennet. He seem extremely sincere and honest. This was my fourth new car purchase and third Chevy car. Mr. Brian Bennet immediately made you feel at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. Even trading in my 2017 Chevy Trax was made easy by the Bical Chevy staff. I must admit that this was my best car shopping experience and easiest car purchase ever. The salesman and lovely woman who help me complete the sales paperwork were very informative and knowledgeable they answered all my questions patiently and were very professional. In this day and age it's hard to find good customer service, but, salesman like Brian Bennet and the whole Bical Chevy team delivered an incredible service and a very pleasant experience. The customer service and staffing needs major improvement! I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! My experience there was absolutely horrible! The staff members were rude, unhelpful, and didn't seem to have an interest in my concerns. I wasn't even greeted upon entering and it was my first time there. I had my car towed there because of proximity. I needed help on how to go about getting it fixed because it wasn't starting up. At first, they declined me because I didn't have an appointment. How can I schedule an appointment for a xxxx emergency? Then, the sales rep Alicia spoke to the manager to see if he can fit me in. They told me my car wouldn't be seen until after New Years (brought it in on December 27th). I had to quickly make a decision on whether I wanted the service done or not. Alicia told me if I decided not to have the service done, I would have to quickly call other dealerships to see if they would take my car in. Unbelievable! She also told me I would have to call for another tow truck to get it before Toys R Us tow my vehicle. The staffing needs to be fired, one of the employees (possibly mechanic) stole my brand new spare tire in my trunk and replaced it with an old used tired. I noticed after I left the auto mall and opened my trunk. My trunk wasn't how I left it, I knew someone was in it because there was oil residue left behind. Also, my trunk was more organized than how I originally left it. There shouldn't have been anyone in my trunk because my car was just there to get the diesel gas emptied out. When I spoke to the manager about it, he took a look at my trunk along with Alicia and quickly dismissed me. He brushed me off, and made it seem as if I was lying. Then, after arguing with him, he told me to call the cops, make a report, have them investigate, do fingerprints and started walking off. I was so frustrated! He wasn't even trying to help me! I've never experienced anything like this before! This was my worst experience ever with an dealership. Thanks to this dealership, I now know I have to take before and after pictures of my car before I leave. There's a reason why the ratings are so low, Bical Auto Mall is untrustworthy! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! More
VERY DISSATIFIED WITH SERVICE DEPT I CAME IN TO HAVE A TIRE WARRANTEED. SERVICE WRITER ELICIA MADE ME WAIT FOR AN HOUR TO LOG THE ENTRY WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY, AND THE TOLD ME SHE W I CAME IN TO HAVE A TIRE WARRANTEED. SERVICE WRITER ELICIA MADE ME WAIT FOR AN HOUR TO LOG THE ENTRY WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY, AND THE TOLD ME SHE WOULD CONTACT ME WHEN THE REPLACEMENT TIRE CAME IN. I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AT 8AM TO HAVE THE TIRE REPLACED. AT 930, ELICIA TOLD ME THE TIRE SENSOR WAS DEFECTIVE AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN. AT 1030 SHE TOLD ME THE CAR WAS DONE. I CHECKED THE CAR AND FOUND THE WRONG TIRE WAS REPLACED, BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AND TOLD THEM TO PUT BACK THE THE CHANGED TIRE (RIGHT FRONT) AND REPLACE THE LEFT FRONT TIRE. AS I DROVE THE CAR HOME, THE LEFT FRONT TIRE WAS LOSING AIR. IT WAS A BAD TIRE VALVE, AND BICAL WOULD REPLACE SAME FOR $18. I TOOK THE CAR TO A LOCAL TIRE SHOP, HAD THE VALVE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY AND I HAD THE OIRGINAL TIRE PUT BACK ON THE RIGHT FRONT. I WILL NOT USE THIS DEALER AGAIN. More
