Bical Cadillac I have a serious complaint against Bical Cadillac. I took my car in for an oil change and they offered to fix my broken window. They also agreed to diagnose any potential issues that Bical Cadillac. I took my car in for an oil change and they offered to fix my broken window. However, the service technician did not mention that there would be a diagnostic fee of $275.00; he only mentioned the cost of repairing the window and the sensor that needed to be replaced. I canceled the order to replace the window and sensor because the serviceman quoted an exorbitant price for the work. I was not informed about the hidden diagnosis fees, which led to me being charged $375.00 for only an oil change. This transaction feels unreasonable and reflects deceptive behavior. The cashier and serviceman indicated that I signed the document acknowledging the diagnosis fee. However, the serviceman never informed me about the diagnosis fee regarding my concern. More
This place sold me a vehicle. The experience was good, it's that service dept. Horrible from the start. I had to nearly threaten them to release my car, and please note the charger still did not work. I went back on three other occasions to lean the charger they were putting in was not compatible. The one that is only worked for 6 months costing me well over $1000.00 and time. The there is the time I was having my AC compressor changed and they never re-hooked up the transmission fluid line, that was a flat-bed and a few hundred dollars. Then there is my key fob. I took it in with all push door buttons working, now only two work. Lastly the service dept. wanted to do some kind of explorative search for a short that effects my center charging port and sunroof. The price, to start, upwards of $700.00. Research shows the wiring in the center arm rest frays and shorts out that fuse. I refused this money give away, they gave me back my vehicle with every thing they were working on as is . Its the worst service ever and one would be wise to stay far away from this service Department. Wish I could show you the pictures!. More

Having Charles Albanese as a rep makes it worthwhile for me to travel from the Bronx to trade my car in. He always checks in during the year and gives me the reminders that I need. I brought my car in for service Saturday April 13, Oil change and inspection. They called me to say my car needed other service so I said OK. I picked up the car right before closing. When I got home I noticed scratches on the hood and under the hood the air cleaner outlet duct has this brown crud on it. And when you put the AC on you smell cleaner fluid. So I had to wait until Monday April 15 to call when they opened. Just so you know the car only has 3800 miles on it and I put it away for the winter, so it's never in the snow or the salt on the roads. So I brought the car there Monday April 15 to show them and they said they would get back to me. Nobody calls and every time I call I was told the manager was not in. Today is April 18 and I called and they told me they would call right back to me. I waited and nobody called. So I gave them plenty of time before I had to write this review. I spent over $600.00 so I think I deserve a little courtesy to have this taking care of. You think they would take responsibility and not blame me. when I took my car in I checked it all out, there were no issues but they said that's the way I brought it in. So I told them they lost 2 customers, my wife who needs a car and service and me. And I told them I would never recommend this place they could care less. Don't never buy from this dealership because you will be sorry. More

I went for an oil change this morning and this place wanted to rob me blind. Wow! they wanted to charged my credit card 3% extra for using the card . This place is so unprofessional you can hear all of them gossiping about other co workers. This is not my regular dealership, I went there because it was close to home and they treated me like you meant xxxx to us but only your money we want . No should go to that place. My service advisor was great his name is David but people in the cashier area sucked . 8:am they’re sitting there eating pork chop and milkshakes 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ what kind of professional services can these people offer you !!!
