Bernard is one of the most sincere, professional individuals that I have met in the process. He was very helpful. He answered all questions, and was very knowledgeable on his vehicles. I made it clear that I needed to be in a vehicle by the end of the week. Unfortunately Ben's hands were tied on this deal. I was given a quote by Charles(If I recall correctly), Sales Manager. The price quote appeared very fair, but I had an appointment and I had to leave. I promised them that I would be back with my spouse. I had a chance to look over the scrap of paper handed to me and realized that there must have been a mistake. 1st-the vehicle lacked many options. 2nd-financing terms were stretched to 84 months. After my wife had a chance to look over the vehicle, she began to ask some questions. "Let's start over from the beginning" Is what she was told. Oh No! My lease was up, I was running out of time. You could have been straight up with me from the beginning! Remember I said, " I'm here with 3 children, I'm not fantasizing, If I was; I'd be alone at the Ferrari dealer. I'm here to buy!" That's too bad, because Bernard is a likable guy. I really wanted to close the deal with him. Instead of a SLE with dealer added leather, we ended up with a SLT1 leather heated seats, dual moonroof,dvd, back-up sensor etc ALL FOR LESS THAN THE PRICE QUOTED..... 24 fewer payments. Their customer service and quality of service is pathetic. They are bunch of liars thinking that customers dont know anything about the car so that they can rip them off. I gave my car for coolant flush and got back my car without filling enough coolant in it. And another time, got the car with a dent in the hood and they did nothing to solve it.
