We just got our 9th car/truck with Kristal. In fact, we have never owned/leased a car with any other dealership and we always bring our cars into Kristal for service. After a bad experience with a 2009 Ch have never owned/leased a car with any other dealership and we always bring our cars into Kristal for service. After a bad experience with a 2009 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid that we purchased new - it broke down in Toms River, New Jersey on the way home from Atlantic City and was towed to the nearest Chevy dealership. Needless to say, GM couldn't figure out what the problem was and it took 40 days to repair. This compounded with other issues emanating from OnStar and Chevy Roadside caused us to not want the truck anymore and we weren't even sure we wanted another Chevy or GM vehicle for that matter. During our ordeal we reached out to Bill Hairston or as we refer to him as "our sales guy" as well as Anthony (from the service department) for assistance and both gentlemen were kind enough to provide us with some direction; Bill even followed up a few days later. Once the truck was repaired, I immediately contacted Bill to let him know that my husband was on his way to trade it in. We received a fair trade in for the truck and both Bill and Jimmy (the manager) eased our concerns about committing to another Chevy vehicle. Jimmy was able to put together a deal that we were comfortable with and 3 hours later, we drove out a with our brand new leased Tahoe with more upgrades than the Hybrid had. I also want to add that Smitty "the finance guy" has an awesome sense of humor! We have been doing business with Kristal for 16 years and all of our experiences with everyone has always been positive from both the service and sales departments. More
sale department not so bad but service is not nice the manager is the worst manager I've ever met {anthony}...he is rude and runs the place like a gangster shop not what you looking for in a dealership,,, manager is the worst manager I've ever met {anthony}...he is rude and runs the place like a gangster shop not what you looking for in a dealership,,,,i went to city cadillac wow what a different experience even a loaner car i didn't ask for i felt like i had a mercedes wait isn't cadillac competing with mercedes in terms of service and luxury.....kristal service has a lot to learn anthony the service manager should go he is bringing the place down and the other workers should be trained for better customer service.....let them visit bmw or mercedes service dept...xxxx visit city cadillac....anthony is rude thinks he owns the place does not act like a manager who cares about real service ....the place is a dump no real waiting area looks like some old donated furniture in the room no heat i know i hear about the new location coming soon but the customers will be gone before its open and if the same attitudes carry over they won't patronize the new facility either .........worst service dept ever......... i had been shopping around for a good deal on a car. Most dealers tried to rush me to make a choose. Not making me feel comfortable till i went to Kristal auto mall. where Courtney Williams and the rest of dealers tried to rush me to make a choose. This dealership is the worse.they have poor customer service no consideration for the customers and a service dept that don't know wat the xxxx they doing. I bought 3 cars from them all have broken dow service no consideration for the customers and a service dept that don't know wat the xxxx they doing. I bought 3 cars from them all have broken down within a year. They keep exchanging it n not even a year it breaks down. I had my traverse for 10 months car broke down had it tow to the dealership explain to Kenny the situation he said all I see wat the problem is. Calls me back n tells me it's the fuel pump bad gas once again the same thing like the other 2 cars. He said I fix it took 2 days finally go pick it up i was overcharge . it cost me 940 only to take the car out the shop n drive it home n it breaks down again. Call him back and he says can't do not nothing it's Christmas Eve the car won't b check till Thursday. Once again leaving me again without a car for the holidays . Ask him for a rental tells me he cudnt help me. They should not be in business they should be close down. I reported this to consumer affairs n next it's suing them for the money they charge me and not fixing the problem on my car. Last thing hired professional mechanics that really know what they are doing and stop robbing your customers. More
Purchased my Buick almost a year now ,d sales person Carlos def is in d 5 star range ,however I took d service package which generated a value that matched what we owed after our trade in ,to me I hones Carlos def is in d 5 star range ,however I took d service package which generated a value that matched what we owed after our trade in ,to me I honestly thought I got d best package for what I was signing up for..unfortunately my very first trip for service their changed all of the cherry coating that I had experienced ,Kenny is in a class by himself & d remaining co-workers is not very far behind him ,here is some of d things that I encountered ,no customer service experience,irresponsible for you're vehicle in their possession during repair time( picked up my vehicle with dents on it / saying it's not their fault !!!!!!),true con artist style for repairs that initially is covered under you're package ,time frame for repairs is like u have nothing to do ,poor & unsanitary waiting room , This dealership on a scale of 1-10 doesn't even deserves a 1 it is def a MINUS , who really supervises these workers ,are they really being paid for what their job is ? Honestly the employer needs new workers ,he is lacking business due to d loss of what consumers experience at his dealership, consumer affairs should look into this place because it's unfair to anyone to be paying for a service that cannot & is not given....I'm writing this review only because it's not fair to be paying a monthly fee & not getting the required service that I'm paying for....visit them now and it's over 15 people on a waiting side d road line up for repairs with a 8:00 am appointment with just over 3 or 4 mechanics,with a comment from d tag employee to come back tomorrow @ 8:00 am ,1 time 2 time come on ....please look for a dealership that deserves & appreciate you're business .
