From the moment I arrived, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. While I was trying to explain the issue with my car, the service rep repeatedly walked away from me—to grab food from the buffet area. That should have been my first red flag. I brought my car in because the wireless CarPlay suddenly stopped working. The rep told me it would take 2–3 days to diagnose and repair. When I asked for a loaner, he immediately said none were available. When I asked him to double-check, he gave me an even more absurd excuse: apparently, loaners were “booked for the next six months.” It was painfully obvious he just didn’t want to bother. Later in the day, I called for an update, and that’s when things went from bad to downright infuriating. He tried to tell me my car doesn’t even have wireless CarPlay—even though it was working for months and it’s clearly listed on the window sticker. When I offered to send him a photo of the sticker, he suddenly became rude and defensive, turning the situation around on me with, “Well, what do you want to do with your car?” All I wanted was for them to actually look at the issue and fix it. He then said they needed the car for another day. Fine. But the next day, I called multiple times for an update, and every time I was told the rep was “not available.” I asked to speak with a manager—supposedly none were available either. To make matters worse, they called ME rude, for calling several times (because I wasn’t getting a call back!) At this point, I’m convinced customer service simply isn’t a priority here. Unprofessional, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this service department. More

They damaged my vehicle and then walked away from me when confronted with evidence. Upon further investigation I realized they also tried to tack on hundred's of dollars of unnecessary maintenance during my confronted with evidence. Upon further investigation I realized they also tried to tack on hundred's of dollars of unnecessary maintenance during my previous visit. I'm glad I caught this now before things became worse. They did me a favor. I do not like writing bad reviews. I believe everyone has bad days and will overlook a lot because people deserve second chances. However, disrespect and dishonesty are two things I cannot overlook, especially from the business' owner. This visit was my second to Bical Automall for service of my vehicle. The first visit was for routine service and all went well except the for the $800 quote. Routine service for a year old vehicle is little more than an oil change and tire rotation. Anyone getting a quote from them should contact the vehicle manufacturer directly and confirm what is recommended for their vehicle. Don't rely on Bical, you may not get the truth. I didn't realize they were lying to me but politely declined the extra services anyway. At that point I thought it was just bad practices by the manufacturer to pick my pocket. Now I know it was the dealership. Because I didn't know how they operated I returned for my most recent service, a result of warning lights on my dash. This time the vehicle required minor service to fix the fault but I noticed damages that were not present when I dropped the vehicle off. The damages were not significant but they were obvious and enough for me to question them about it. I would have been fine with a simple acknowledgement and a quick touch up of the area. It was more a courtesy that I alert them to their deficiencies so it didn't happen again. Instead the service advisor threw a hand in my face as he walked away from me muttering insults. My experience left me upset and as a result I googled the owner "Lilaahar Sammy Bical". That told me everything I needed to know. Selling vehicles without first fixing their safety defects?? That's despicable! Even the very building itself was literally built through fraudulent practices. Further reading uncovered more amorally reckless behavior. Go somewhere else with your car...anywhere else! More
Why would I drive to a dealership miles away instead of Bical that I drive by every day?? When I go to a dealership I want honesty, competence and only than price. When I shopped for Lyriq, I was lied to, Bical that I drive by every day?? When I go to a dealership I want honesty, competence and only than price. When I shopped for Lyriq, I was lied to, dealt with completely incompetent salesperson and on top was given a huge price increase for getting an option that I was originally promised. It could be bad luck to get bad salesperson and bad finance person, but any other dealership would have managers step in to address their screwup. Not the case with Bical. Perhaps they have so many customers they just don’t care about an additional new customer for the car and service. More
