DO NOT BUY FROM BICAL AUTO MALL! I bought a 2023 GMC Yukon less than a month ago, and it is a disaster. CHEAP/MISMATCHED TIRES: They sold me this vehicle with cheap, mismatched off-road tires that sound like a freight train above 30 MPH. These are unsafe and low-quality. HIDDEN DAMAGE: The front air deflector/shield is BROKEN, and the Reverse Park Assist is completely non-functional. REGISTRATION SCAM: I paid $725 for registration, but because the car is damaged and parts are on "Backorder," I cannot pass the Maryland Safety Inspection. My temporary tags are expiring, and I will have an illegal vehicle. GHOSTED BY MANAGEMENT: The General Manager, Robert Genser, and the team have ignored my calls for weeks. I have already filed a formal complaint with the NYS DMV and the Attorney General. I am dropping the vehicle off at the dealership tomorrow. STAY AWAY! More
