It didnt feel like I was at a dealership. From beginning to end the experience was wonderful. After making my decision on a new CRV the salesman proceeded to train me and re go over the safety features and technology Honda has put in their new vehicles. Guys are friendly and helpful!!! I was recently on line looking for cars I clicked on the stats and it was at bianchi !needless to say a sales rep got back to me by email instantly !! I was recently on line looking for cars I clicked on the stats and it was at bianchi !needless to say a sales rep got back to me by email instantly !!!asking if there was anything else he can do or if I was interested in any other cars if he could help me!!!I went in to bianchi that evening and was approached by mike and matt they were very nice and very funny !they showed me the newest car and I told them that a rep got back instantly. !!!its good to know they really care to get right back and not just put u on the back burner!I would recommend them to anyone!!!keep up the good work guys!!! Really great first time buying experience. I went looking at my options for buying a car since my old one was on its last leg. This was my first time thinking about buying a car and Vlad showed I went looking at my options for buying a car since my old one was on its last leg. This was my first time thinking about buying a car and Vlad showed me a few cars and I fell in love with one of them. I never felt pressured into buying a car that day or making a decision. Vlad treated me the way he would want to be treated and answered all of my and my parents questions as well. I never felt like I was dealing with the stereotypical car salesman that will do anything for a sale. I felt that Vlad and Bianci honda actually cared and they do. I would highly recommend Bianci honda and will always tell people of my wonderful experience with Vlad there!! More

Poor Customer Service Came to purchase a new 2016 vehicle. Walked on the lot and was not greeted by anyone. Had to walk in the store and ask for what I was looking for, com Came to purchase a new 2016 vehicle. Walked on the lot and was not greeted by anyone. Had to walk in the store and ask for what I was looking for, come to find out they sold all of the vehicles I was looking for and to order one would take 2 1/2 months to receive. Sales rep was too busy to care. Tire and key fab I purchased a 2009 VW Jetta TDI from them. A tire was low when I was looking at the car. The salesman said it just needed air! Then today I realize that one of the two key fabs doesn't work! I was told it went through a 123 point inspection. Doesn't seem so to me. I'll never go back there ever. Seems they are just looking to move cars and nothing else! More
