NEW CAR I was looking to buy a Pilot EX-L but ultimately bought the Touring, courtesy a good deal offered by the dealership on the new car and the Trade-In co I was looking to buy a Pilot EX-L but ultimately bought the Touring, courtesy a good deal offered by the dealership on the new car and the Trade-In compared to other dealers nearby. Super duper! I could not have had a better car buying experience! I requested a price quote through bianchihonda.com and was quickly contacted by Kayla who gave me I could not have had a better car buying experience! I requested a price quote through bianchihonda.com and was quickly contacted by Kayla who gave me all the info I was looking for and set an appointment for me to come in the same day for a test drive. When I came in, I met with Bill who was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I took the car home that day! Before I left, he showed me how to use all the features so I felt like a pro by the time I drove home. Both have followed up with me since I bought my car to make sure everything was still perfect. I've already recommended Bianchi Honda to friends and family & I'll be back when I'm ready to buy my next car! More

Great vehicle Overall sales and management were fine but as it was the last day of the month, the dealership was in scurry mode. I live in a different State that r Overall sales and management were fine but as it was the last day of the month, the dealership was in scurry mode. I live in a different State that requires 2 licence plates. They did not put plate holder on vehicle or tell me it was in the vehicle. I got pulled over twice while waiting for ordered part to arrive. Later found it in storage area in back of vehicle. No one had time to take me through features and sales guy tried to set up blue tooth but gave up when he couldn't figure it out. More
