I felt deceived I was told I would have $500 off of my purchase due to being a recent college graduate. After negotiating a price that I thought was fair I was happy I was told I would have $500 off of my purchase due to being a recent college graduate. After negotiating a price that I thought was fair I was happy because in my mind I was getting an extra $500 off. It wasn't until we started talking finance that the dealer told me that the $500 off was only through Honda financing. I feel as if the dealer purposely left that information out up front to lure me in to buying the car. I ended up getting the car through another bank at a better rate. I know $500 isn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but it's just the principle behind it all. More

Wonderful salesman and finance dept! My credit is not stellar! My girlfriend went in because I totaled my car and needed another one. She found a CR-V that would be perfect so I reluctant My credit is not stellar! My girlfriend went in because I totaled my car and needed another one. She found a CR-V that would be perfect so I reluctantly went in thinking I would never be able to purchase one. Dave Reash and Mike Mobilia went above and beyond to help me with this purchase. It's not that my credit is bad...just that I don't have ENOUGH credit history which is worse than having bad credit. They walked me through the whole process and I drove away in my beautiful car! Now, my girlfriend wants a new Civic so she's going to go get that soon. We will continue to make any vehicle purchases at Bianchi Honda and send friends and family there also! I. Hate. Buying. Cars. Actually, hate might not be a strong enough word. I abhor the entire process. The whole thing literally makes me nauseous. Most importantly, he respected our financial limits, and worked with us to drive off in a wonderful pre-owned vehicle. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. He made sure I was familiar with all the features and did not hurry me.
