Ted was my service advisor and he did an excellent job of getting the car repaired and keeping me informed ab My S60 needed its door sensors repaired. One additional thing that I liked about the service was that when I went to drop off my car, I was given a choice of several loaners (sedans and SUVs) and I picked one I wanted to drive vs just being handed a random car. I think all dealerships should offer this option! More

The standard level of service is above and beyond any other It all starts and ends with my service writer but he is much more then that. Ted is my interface to the dealership. If he is not available he gets bac It all starts and ends with my service writer but he is much more then that. Ted is my interface to the dealership. If he is not available he gets back to me very quickly. He answers my questions and recommends the services I need. When I ask him about a service when I pick up the car he explains the trouble (or not) that was found and what the technician did to correct it. I have used Ted since I have owned the car and would not change to someone else for any reason. I use Don Beyer Volvo because I trust Ted it's that simple. More

60k check up i have been to a few dealers across the country as i travel for work a lot in Atlanta and Louisville KY to name a few. but this one was a bit disappo i have been to a few dealers across the country as i travel for work a lot in Atlanta and Louisville KY to name a few. but this one was a bit disappointing. between my family and i we have bought 5 cars from Don Beyer two of them from DON him self and have always been pleased. i am not disappointed in the sales process or the service center. but the $239.00 detail job was xxxx poor. when i arrived they had to find my floor mats they forgot to put them back in the car and it was not cleaned as well as it should of been there were blatantly obvious things missed. they took it back for a quick refresh that got some of the issues resolved but i could not wait as i would of been late for a meeting and they had already had my car for about 5 days. moral of the story don't get a $239.00 detail from that place its a was pathetic classy car was does a better job More
