very satisfied throughout the process Since my car is a 1992 the dealer had to special order my parts. Once they arrived my adviser immediately advised me so I could make an appointment. An emergency caused me the day before to have to reschedule, but the dealership was able to reschedule me for the following day. During the servicing my adviser, Ted, gave me a couple of status reports. The cost was a little pricey, but I had been mailed an excellent dealer coupon flyer that, when applied, made the price very satisfactory. Overall, very pleased throughout the process. More

They’ve had good service advisors over the years, but Tracy Smith stands out. Don Beyer is fortunate to have someone so conscientious, customer oriented and always a consummate professional, who doesn’t try to sell you repairs that are costly and unnecessary. Truly a pleasure working with Tracy. If there is one minor area for improvement, it would be in the area of the complimentary car wash and vacuum. Sometjmes, they do it, other times they don’t. Note this because Acura & Lexus are consistent when we bring in our other cars for servicing down the street. However, this doesn’t affect our high regard for Tracy and the service dept. More

I work with Kushal during the process and he is a true professional. We test drove the XC90, XC60, and S60 in all different engines and trims. Kushal went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and never pressured us to make a purchase. Kevin the sales manager and Justin the finance manager provided us with several different options regarding making a purchase or leasing. Toni was fair and honest in our trade in appraisals. After taking a week to make a decision we ended up leasing a XC90 T6 R-Design. We were so impressed with the service and treatment that we return and purchased an S60. This was the best purchasing and leasing experience that we have had. I recommend doing business with this establishment and when the time comes we will return to buy our son his car. More
