The Don Beyer service department's routine maintenance performance has been impeccable. A few weeks ago, the car refused to start because of a drained batter (the result of a dome light that was inadvertently left on). The service department sent one of its technicians to the parking lot where I was marooned and got the car started. Truly exceptional service! More

My wife and I are looking for Subaru and were interested in a few Subaru options at Beyer. We met with a very nice, professional, and communicative salesman. Our experience with Jawid was very positive. Then Bryan Rickerson entered with his feeble attempt at the classic good-cop and bad-cop routine. First words said to my wife without asking ANY questions "What do expect from me?", and with a tone generated only by a 2nd grader being woken up for his first day back at school. We left very shortly after that rude confrontation. Keep an eye out when you're at that car dealership. They throw random topics around, like "ITS GOING TO AUCTION TOMORROW". Hilarious. Best to your search out there! More

He was very pleasant as was his sales manager and business manager. They reviewed the information I presented on the value of my trade I accumulated from the internet. There was no fast talk or pressure to buy from them. They met my asking price and even knocked a few more dollars from the car we wanted. Then they'll have the nerve to harass you by phone, email and mail to ask you how your service was. I should have never given them a second chance after they didn't even bother to reply to my email that my first service experience was unsatisfactory. $200 down the drain and my vehicle still squeaks and rattles, even though I had to wait a day late and an additional hour and a half to come and get it, which put my right in the middle of rush hour. How convenient that no service advisors are around when it's time to pick up! I didn't even get a block before the vehicle began to squeak again so I turned around and asked for my loaner back. I was told that was impossible and there was nothing that could be done bc all the service advisors were done for the evening, even though it was only 5:20 and they claim to be open 7am to 7:30 pm. To add insult to injury, they parked another subaru over the line and so close to mine that I had door ding damage. Totally horrendous experience. From now on I'll be going to the top rated dealership at Tyson's corner. Reviews don't lie! More
