He was very pleasant as was his sales manager and business manager. They reviewed the information I presented on the value of my trade I accumulated from the internet. There was no fast talk or pressure to buy from them. They met my asking price and even knocked a few more dollars from the car we wanted. Then they'll have the nerve to harass you by phone, email and mail to ask you how your service was. I should have never given them a second chance after they didn't even bother to reply to my email that my first service experience was unsatisfactory. $200 down the drain and my vehicle still squeaks and rattles, even though I had to wait a day late and an additional hour and a half to come and get it, which put my right in the middle of rush hour. How convenient that no service advisors are around when it's time to pick up! I didn't even get a block before the vehicle began to squeak again so I turned around and asked for my loaner back. I was told that was impossible and there was nothing that could be done bc all the service advisors were done for the evening, even though it was only 5:20 and they claim to be open 7am to 7:30 pm. To add insult to injury, they parked another subaru over the line and so close to mine that I had door ding damage. Totally horrendous experience. From now on I'll be going to the top rated dealership at Tyson's corner. Reviews don't lie! More

He was helpful and listened to my needs, always responded to emails or phone messages within a very short timeframe, and was extremely personable and trustworthy. On the day I was to pick up the car, he focused his full attention on me, assuring my satisfaction with the condition of the car and guiding me through the paperwork unhurriedly. There were no loose ends or things I needed to remind him about that we had discussed... he was thoroughly prepared and organized. I felt that he and Beyer treated me as a valuable customer and not as a tool to increase their sales numbers. Two more positive and surprising things: the time Steve took to patiently explain the various features of the car and the fact that the car had been detailed and waxed prior to my visit at no charge and without my asking. Mine was an out-of-state purchase and I'd recommend Kam and Beyer Subaru without any hesitation for anyone who is considering this type of purchase. And, for people living locally, one face-to-face visit with Kam should easily demonstrate why I have rated him so highly More

I bought the car for cash. I left it on the lot and came back later by taxi to pick the car up. Kamrul explained how all the features worked. He was very patient. I have had the car for a few weeks now, and I am very satisfied with it. The Subaru Eyesight system is fabulous. I feel that I got a fair price and courteous service. More

Best car shopping experience I've ever had My husband and I came to Beyer Subaru after having a bad experience earlier in the day with a different Subaru dealership. We walked into Beyer Subaru My husband and I came to Beyer Subaru after having a bad experience earlier in the day with a different Subaru dealership. We walked into Beyer Subaru and were greeted by Kam. After telling Kam what our experience had been earlier in the day he promised to everything he could to help us. Not only did he promise, he delivered. He listened to what we wanted. He was able to get us into a Forester to test drive within minutes of our arrival. He treated us and took care of us in a way that you woukd imagine he would if you were a friend or a member of his family. We purchased our new Forester within an hour of being at Beyer. On top of all this, by going to Beyer we spent $2000 less than what their competition had offered us. We've already referred friends to Kam and to Beyer Subaru. More
