A few weeks ago, the car refused to start because of a drained batter (the result of a dome light that was inadvertently left on). My wife and I are looking for Subaru and were interested in a few Subaru options at Beyer. We met with a very nice, professional, and communicative salesman. Our experience with Jawid was very positive. Then Bryan Rickerson entered with his feeble attempt at the classic good-cop and bad-cop routine. First words said to my wife without asking ANY questions "What do expect from me?", and with a tone generated only by a 2nd grader being woken up for his first day back at school. We left very shortly after that rude confrontation. Keep an eye out when you're at that car dealership. They throw random topics around, like "ITS GOING TO AUCTION TOMORROW". Hilarious.
