I’ve taken my outback to Beyer for service for the last 3 years- always great. Unfortunately my last visit when they changed my rear differential fluid they neglected to tighten the bolt and it leaked all o years- always great. Unfortunately my last visit when they changed my rear differential fluid they neglected to tighten the bolt and it leaked all over my driveway- not a huge problem and they gave be a discount on my next service, which was nice. Next service oil change and tire rotation and a tire repair. Everything was fine, but they couldn’t fix the tire so they had to order one- I had to return the following day- again no problem. When I had the tire changed the following day- the new tire was the same location as before. Obviously they hadn’t rotated the tires. I talked to the advisor who told me they forgot to do it. They didn’t forget to charge me for it. The manager was gone for the day at that point. He did call the next day and I called him back- he wasn’t able to take my call and no follow up. My previous experiences were great and I never minded paying extra to ensure the car was maintained correctly- unfortunately the performance hasn’t been any better than the local mechanic down the street. More
